Strawberry Banana is an Indica dominant hybrid (70% Indica/30% sativa) strain created by breeders at the infamous Serious Seeds farms as potent cross between the popular Strawberry Bubblegum X Crocket’s Banana Kush strains. Buy Strawberry, This dank bud boasts an average THC level ranging from 22-26% and a myriad of surprisingly well-balanced Indica and sativa effects,Buy Strawberry banana Kush Online Chicago.

Users describe the Strawberry Banana high as one that starts with a mild head buzz and then slowly builds into an intense euphoric and uplifted cerebral head high, leaving you relaxed and focused. This is accompanied by full-body relief and a warming body buzz that leaves you slightly sedated and couch-locked with a moderate case of the munchies.

Due to these potent effects, Strawberry Banana is an ideal strain for treating patients suffering from conditions such as chronic pain, stress, depression, and appetite loss. Strawberry Banana has a memorable aroma of sweet tropical strawberry and a taste of tropical strawberry with a sweet banana exhale. Sweet Banana buds have oversized fluffy popcorn-shaped bright neon green nugs that are spattered with long and twisty dark orange hairs. These nugs are caked in a thick layer of huge crystal white trichomes and sweet sticky resin.

Strawberry Banana Near You

Strawberry Banana has small to medium-sized flowers that maintain a tight, dense bud structure – the tightly packed leaves do not come easily off of their central stems. The leaves themselves appear light green with a yellowish tint and are set off by bright orange pistils. Some phenotypes of this strain are also flecked with purple, the result of pigments in the plant’s genetics being stimulated by colder-than-average temperatures during the growing process. A furry coating of white trichomes covers the flowers and accounts for their high THC.

When properly cured, flowers of this strain have a sweet and mildly fruity taste, more like banana than strawberry. Breaking open or grinding the buds yields a more hashy, spicy scent, betraying this strain’s OG Kush roots. Strawberry Banana offers a smooth, easy smoke when combusted and tastes distinctly like berries on the exhale. And while it may leave behind a fruity, creamy sensation, Strawberry Banana is also very pungent, so those trying to keep their consumption discreet should take caution.

Several companies have made seeds of Strawberry Banana available for purchase online but be sure that they’re buying from reputable sellers. Growers can also obtain clippings from mature, healthy plants of the strain in order to grow genetically identical “clones.” Strawberry Banana is forgiving on novice growers and can be grown indoors or out – although successful outdoor cultivation depends on humid daytime conditions with temperatures in the 70-degree Fahrenheit range,Buy Strawberry banana Kush Online Chicago.

Those looking to bring out the leaves’ eye-catching purple potential should also artificially “shock” the plants by exposing them to cold temperatures at night. Strawberry Banana is a big yielder, offering growers between 42 to 51 grams (or 1.2 to 1.8 ounces) of flower per square foot of plant.

After the meticulous process of harvesting their buds, growers should also properly cure the flowers to maintain their valuable resin. Curing involves first hanging the buds upside-down to dry for one week in conditions of 50% humidity and 70 degrees Fahrenheit; and then sealing them in airtight jars in 70 degrees and 60-65% humidity, Buy Strawberry banana Kush Online Chicago.

Strawberry Banana’s well-balanced high is right at home in a variety of settings, from introspective solo unwinding to buzzy, social surroundings. It is especially appropriate for parties, where its unique aroma is sure to turn a few heads. This strain’s high resin production also makes it particularly useful in producing hash and other THC concentrates.

Besides my son, this is the greatest thing on planet earth!! I have severe musculoskeletal damage including a broken back, neck and torn rotator cuff. I also suffer from severe anxiety and PTSD from combat. I’ve taken Sleeping pills and pain pills in such high doses and, for so long, that it would alarm you. I no longer take any prescription pain medication (down from 300 oxycodone/month), muscle relaxers, sleeping pills…. NOTHING!! Strawberry Banana, in just a couple of hits, not only replaces all of those medications…. It is infinitely more effective. It’s a magical, euphoric, relaxing, pain relieving strain that, to me, is everything GOOD about Cannabis for medical use. It’s an answer to prayer!

First impression was, “wow, this really smells like banana.” As soon as my budtender came out with the jar, i could just smell the sweetness.. And the flavor is just as great. Very mellow smoke, nice banana taste. The flower i got was 24.6% THC and i gotta say, i was impressed by the effects. Nice mellow affects that lasted me all morning, very nice way to start your mornings. However, i missed that giggly and happy feeling. I got more of a calm, focused feeling from it. Still a great strain.

This strain is labeled Strawberry Banana OG and is reported to be a Banana Kush/Bubblegum cross. This is a true hybrid as I noticed both Indica and Sativa properties. The flowers are a light yellow/green mixed with medium green and light brown hairs. to me, it looks a lot like Pineapple Express. This sample from River City in PDX is sticky with resin and the smell is fantastic. Probably the sweetest and most reminiscent of fruit of any strain I’ve tried (out of dozens). The smell carries through to the taste. Vaping the flower produced several bags of thick vapor that made me cough a couple of times. The effects took about 10 minutes to be substantially noticeable for me, but when it hit, it was fairly intense euphoria mixed with calm. I was able to think clearly for the first half hour with this strain, then the munchies hit with a vengeance. I say vengeance, because I suffer with nausea problems, and too high a munchie factor can sometimes increase my nausea by kicking my stomach into overdrive. This is one of those strains. It would be great for someone who has appetite problems but doesn’t deal with nausea issues. The kush effects kicked in after a snack and made me really sleepily and thick brained but really relaxed for about an hour. I was able to power through the grogginess and brain fog and am writing this review on the other side. Overall, this strain has several outstanding qualities. This smell and the favor alone make this a stand out. I recommend this strain if you want intense munchies, but you might want to get the munchies out first as there was a longish cough lock phase as well. No anxiety or paranoia for me with this strain. About a two hour migrating overall effect. Relaxing for both mind and body. I will definitely get this strain again when I can.

This strain is perfect for relaxed days away from work. If my shoulders were more relaxed, they’d be on the ground. This is listed as a Sativa Hybrid at the CBCB in Berkeley, but it is most definitely an indica dominant hybrid. The scrolling marquee of thoughts completely stops with this one. It is not a strain that will send you into existential mind webs. It just makes you stop thinking altogether. For the creative type, it is extremely easy to achieve flow with this strain. It is also easy to take a little too much and need the bed. Think “stoner’s high.” That’s this.

Nugs: Light green and really sweet smelling. Smells like heaven. Effects: Great head high, fast acting and smooth to smoke. It had no discernible smell after smoking, maybe a hint of fruity. Feeling creative and happy. It’s great to smoke and then study and do chores. Makes music sound so much better and enhances your senses. My new fave. strain.
